A family physician with more than two decades of medical experience, Dr. Poorandy founded RAZ Medical Aesthetic Clinic to offer a personal and thoughtfully considered approach to aesthetic medicine. She combines clinical judgment, careful technique and an appreciation for balance to create individualized treatment plans that complement each patient’s natural features and expression.
As the clinic’s sole medical practitioner, Dr. Poorandy personally provides every consultation and treatment. Her approach is consultative rather than trend-driven, with a focus on safety, informed decision-making, subtle enhancement and care that feels personal from the very first visit.

What happens at my first visit?
Your visit begins with a conversation about your goals, relevant health history and what matters to you. Dr. Poorandy will assess the area, explain reasonable options and answer your questions. There is no obligation to have treatment that day.
How will we decide what is right for me?
There is no one-size-fits-all plan. Recommendations are based on your assessment, preferences and medical suitability. If a service is not appropriate for you, that will be explained.
Can treatment be done at the same visit?
Sometimes. It depends on the service, the assessment, available appointment time and whether you feel ready after your questions are answered. A consultation does not guarantee same-day treatment.
How long should I allow for my appointment?
Appointment length varies by service and may include consultation, preparation and aftercare. The Jane booking page or clinic team will confirm the time for your selected appointment.
Is there downtime after treatment?
Recovery differs by treatment. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur with some services, while others have different aftercare needs. You will receive guidance before deciding whether to proceed.
When might I notice a change?
Some effects may be seen sooner, while others develop gradually. Timing and duration depend on the treatment and individual response. A realistic timeline will be discussed during your consultation.
How many visits might I need?
Some plans involve one visit; others may include a series or follow-up. Your plan will reflect your goals and response and can be adjusted over time.
